White Emperador Marble is extracted from marble quarries in Konya and processed in different factories in Turkey.The stones, which are removed as blocks, are prepared for cutting according to the required selections and orders are prepared.Although there is the same quarry, different selections can be found between the blocks.

The production phase starts with the blocks that are brought to the factory in accordance with the requested selection and is prepared as slab or cut-to-size material by paying attention to the selection.Quality and selection control are performed before the crating process after cutting the stones and making surface treatments.By maintaining the required quality standards, the casing process is done in accordance with the dimensions.In the whole area of the project, the first quality white emperador marble is not requested.As the prices of the selections with different vein entries are appropriate, various production lines are noted on the crate register.Outside of the production in accordance with the project requirements, the production is carried out at the factory because of the continuous demand for the stone. Large blocks are cut into a 2 cm and 3 cm slabs by gangsawsbefore polishing and stocking but small blocks and waste materials are used for different cut-to-sizes. 2x30x60 cm is cut to the lowest size.
When the ideal size of 2x60x60 cm is exceeded, the price increases due to the increase of the waste rate.Low-quality materials by different vessel structures are offered for sale by surface treatments such as sanding or hammering.
