If the materials prepared for export are for indoor flooring or coating, the quality is high whereas in the case of outdoor flooring, production planning is regulated according to the necessary requirements if medium quality material is requested. PRODUCTION OF BEIGE MARBLES
Blocks produced from productive quarries for many years are processed in various factories and materials are prepared in different sizes for domestic and international projects. The stones processed in Isparta and Antalya also have different appearance according to vein structure and color tone. Since these differences are not made with the same meticulousness in all factories, the production stage of the requested materials for boutique or luxury projects should be carefully monitored. Vein structure does not create a harmonious image in the application area of different selections. Because of the fact that the quarries have a certain structure, it is known from which quarry stone should be taken for project based requests.
Except for the stones produced in cut-to-sizes; fragments which are broken during production or which are not used as production surplus; are sent to split-face marble and mosaic marble production. The unprocessed parts processed in these factories are prepared to be used in the operations of Marble Split-Faces and Marble Mosaics by making them smaller orderly. Due to the study of varieties in different color tones, decorative patterns and appearances can be revealed as mosaic.
