Maroon Marinace or Maron Marinace is marble species of Kastamonu city of Turkey. Because marble has coloured and soft character; it is prefered to applied in decorative interior areas. It has dark brown waves and white thin veins on light brown background and marble is very famous both in Turkey and worldwide projects. It can also be applied with light colour marbles to provide contrast because of its original dark colour character.
