Turkey's one of the most well-known type of granite with gray-color is Bergama Grey Granite. With its softer structure when compared to other granite types provide it is mainly preferred in production of cubic and decorative granite applications. The demand for our product, which is preferred in cut-to-size with burnt and sanded surface treatments, is increasing both in the domestic and foreign markets. Our granite variety is preferred due to its cheap price in outdoor applications projects. Bergama Gray granite, as can be understood from the name quarried from the granite quarries in the district of Bergama is one of the world known granite varieties of Turkey. Due to the fact that the price is more suitable than the other domestic and foreign granite varieties; it is preferred both in domestic and abroad wide area applications. The Bergama Gray granite, which is generally preferred with burned or sanded surface treatment, can be applied as honed or polished if desired. The choice of ST production rather than the gangsaw slab production; cause our stone to be produced in cut-to-sizes. It is preferred as wide outdoor flooring and covering material instead of narrow space applications like countertops, ornamental material, mosaic production. Thanks to its homogeneous and decorative surface treatment by sanding and burning process, it is easily used in large outdoor applications. The fact that it is usually exported to the European market it has a price range that can compete with the Chinese and Indian granits. Thanks to its cheap price, Bergama Gray granite has been preferred in many large space applications in Europe and Africa.

Other known names of our stone are Bergama Granite, Bergama Gray. Because of the abundance of granite sources in the nature, there are also production such as cubic stone, pavement material and steps. The cube stones produced in high tonnage can be transported as bulk with small vessels from İzmir Port. Because bulk transport reduces costs considerably, Bergama Gray granite is preferred for the most important projects in Europe due to their reasonable cost.
